Stichting Luma steunt de activiteiten van onafhankelijke hedendaagse kunstenaars en andere pioniers
Le Parc des Ateliers, or LUMA Arles, is an interdisciplinary creative campus where exhibitions, conferences, live performances, architecture, and design are presented.
During the past few years, LUMA produced and collected a lot of videos about the artists, exhibitions and conferences that were held on campus. In order to use this material, they decided to create a LUMA video platform.
In collaboration with an international team, we helped to develop several LUMA websites. So far, Luma Arles and Luma Live have already launched.
Studio Mast was in charge of developing the front-end of the website. The website had to be flexible and customizable, as the members of LUMA requested to have full control over the lay-out of the website. Studio Mast implemented lots of user-friendly options and possibilities, so that the LUMA team is able to build unique page lay-outs each time themselves. The approach was to created a accessible websites, due of the accessible cultural website law in France. We took this into account and provided an inclusive approach.
